Wow, what a convenient way to get my medications without the bummer of sitting at an overcrowded pharmacy waiting area or sitting in a forever drive through! Prices on my Rxs are reasonable, though the OTC things come at a bit of a premium (not that different than some retail outlets), and it all comes politely and promptly delivered during evenings and weekends, when I'm actually home. Proud to be a repeat customer. Finally, several times I've needed to move a delivery date in or out and gotten a SUPER FAST and always cooperative response. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Capsule the last 6 months or so.

I have been soo PLEASED with the service from Capsule from start to finish! So easy to transfer meds to refill… tried Walgreens to Amazon… The care I have received from Capsule is By far the BEST!!! Thank you Capsules

I came across this pharmacy while walking to Whole Foods. I decided to give them a try, and I have to say, my experience has been nothing but positive. I will never use any other pharmacy! Emily was also incredibly helpful with my prescriptions. I love that you can text, call, or use the app to get in touch with the staff.

Capsule is a very unique and incredibly customer forward pharmacy. I wish all pharmacies and businesses were like Capsule! No joke. Crazy convenient, timely, informative, helpful, and they just go the extra 10 miles for you.

We’ve been using Capsule Pharmacy for 4 months now and I am continually impressed with their communication and service! They have saved me hours of waiting on hold and waiting in line at the Pharmacy only to be told that our prescriptions aren’t ready!! Can’t say enough great things about their service. Only complaint….wish they delivered as far north as Blaine so I could schedule deliveries during the work day. 😉 But can beat this service.

I love the service & care my spouse & I receive from Capsule. My sister turned me on to Capsule a few years ago. I chose to come over to Capsule when my pharmacy insurance changed through UCare. I had great difficulty accessing the new unnamed ‘big box’ pharmacy service. We were in a pinch because my spouse’s meds were close to running out at the beginning of January. They helped us that evening & delivered his meds! Yes, they are a delivery service only, located in downtown Minneapolis & we live in Minnetonka. No charge but they do allow a tip for the driver…yes, a must for me every time. Just this morning I contacted Capsule with a unique situation & they checked it out & helped pronto. Kudos! They always respond quickly to any messages & I love that aspect of their service & so personal! Thank you for being there Capsule Minneapolis!!

I was referred to ClearX/Capsule by my prenatal clinic who uses them. Staff was highly communicative and flexible with getting me an antibiotic that I needed at 30 weeks of gestation to prevent major complications. There were no more options for same day delivery at the time I opted to have it delivered, so they ensured I could still get it same day by sending my Rx over to the nearest pharmacy. Responded immediately after every text, during after hours, and ensured I received my antibiotic in a timely manner even after they were closed and the pharmacy was having trouble locating it in their fax queue. Couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received from Capsule! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Capsule pharmacy is wonderful to work with. The app is easy to navigate, and staff are very responsive. They are often able to schedule same-day deliveries. I recently had some issues with my insurance covering a particular medication and staff here went above and beyond, promptly responding to messages and resolving the issue within 24hrs. I highly recommend Capsule!

I’ve been using Capsule Pharmacy for about four years now in the Twin Cities area, and they have been exceptional. Their prescription delivery service is incredibly reliable — my medications arrive right at my front door like clockwork, which makes managing everything simple and stress-free. The ordering process through the app is easy, communication is clear, and their team has always been professional and responsive. There have only been one or two occasions where I felt frustrated due to supply shortages, but those situations were clearly outside of Capsule’s control and not related to their service. Overall, Capsule has made handling prescriptions far more convenient than using a traditional pharmacy. After several years of consistent service here in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, I can confidently recommend them.

I been going to capsule almost 2 years for my prescriptions since being in Minnesota. I transition from CVS. The staff are friendly, kind, and nice when I walk in. I never have had an issue with obtaining my medication. The app is user friendly and you can order your medication to be pick up or be delivered. Thankful to have capsule as my medication provider!
